1. About these terms

This website is operated by the Georgian Android Users Association (საქართველოს ანდროიდის მომხმარებელთა ასოციაცია), IC 404489512, registered at 15 David Aghmashenebeli Street, Poti 4400, Georgia. By using this website or taking part in our programmes, you accept these terms.

2. Purpose of the website

The website provides information about our non-profit activities. It is not a commercial service, it does not sell goods or services, and no payment is ever requested from visitors or participants.

3. Educational information only

Training materials, articles and advice published or given by us are general educational information. They are not legal, financial, medical or professional advice, and they may not match every device, software version or individual circumstance. You remain responsible for decisions you take regarding your own devices and accounts.

4. Technical assistance

• Assistance at clinics is provided by volunteers, free of charge, on a best-effort basis.
• You must own the device or be authorised to request assistance with it.
• We ask you to back up important data before any troubleshooting.
• We never ask for your passwords, PIN codes or one-time verification codes, and you should never disclose them to anyone claiming to represent us.

5. Conduct

Participants and website users must not use our activities or platforms to harass others, distribute unlawful or infringing material, attempt unauthorised access to any system, or disrupt sessions. We may decline participation where this rule is broken.

6. Intellectual property

The text, layout, logo and original training materials on this site belong to the association unless stated otherwise. You may quote or reproduce our educational materials for non-commercial, community or educational purposes with attribution. Photographs used on this site remain the property of their respective photographers and licensors.

7. Third-party names and links

Android is a trademark of Google LLC. The association is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google LLC or any device manufacturer or mobile operator. Links to external websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgian law, the association, its board members and volunteers are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, data loss, or damage arising from the use of information published on this website or from voluntary technical assistance provided free of charge. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Availability

We aim to keep this website available and accurate, but it is provided as is and may be interrupted, changed or withdrawn at any time.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Georgia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections.
